Who We Are

Before Burnin92 came into being, we were regular diners of Korean BBQs in the DFW area – and regularly let down by mediocre quality meats, high prices, and never feeling quite full or satisfied after dining. We dreamed up a Korean BBQ restaurant that only served high quality cuts of meat and skewers – with authentic preparation, seasoning and marinades – cooked only on charcoal grills for that uniquely delicious, smoky taste – with all of the classic dishes, sides, and beverages that perfectly complement a proper Korean BBQ experience – and all for a great value. And in February 2019, with the single-minded goal of bringing that dream restaurant into existence, we opened Burnin92 in Dallas, TX. 

Since then, we’ve maintained our high food and drink standards, and implemented physical changes to improve our customers’ dining experiences. Longtime regulars knew to expect long wait times at Burnin92 due to our previous limited dining capacity – a prior necessity to ensure that our hood ventilators could properly ventilate the smoke from our charcoal grills. We’ve added 6 new hoods for a total of 18, which has improved smoke ventilation dramatically, allowed us to increase dining capacity, and has cut down our peak wait times from over 2 hours to half an hour or less. We are also undergoing a soft remodel to enhance our main interior and private dining rooms.
